Kayla Fellers and Ryan Scheibmeir join Shawnee County Parks Recreation Sports

TOPEKA, KAN. – Kayla Fellers and Ryan Scheibmeir have joined Shawnee County Parks Recreation’s Sports Division. Fellers will serve as recreation leader, managing the division’s staffing and office operations and assisting managers. She has served as a recreation aide for the past for years. Scheibmeir joins the division as adult sports manager. He will oversee the scheduling and management of adult sports leagues in addition to developing new recreational opportunities for adult sports. Scheibmeir previously served as recreation leader at Oakland Community Center. He holds a Bachelor’s in Recreation from Emporia State University.
