Overview
Make memories with a ride on our unique, vintage carousel, located west of the Blaisdell Family Aquatic Center. The grand old carousel was built in 1908 and houses a Wurlitzer style band organ. Bring your lunch and enjoy listening to the music or enjoy the VonRohr Victorian Garden adjacent to the carousel.

Punch Passes- 15 rides (Good for Mini-Train or Carousel) - $25

Last Ride is at 5:15 pm

Rain/Snow/Ice – 

In the case of rain, the Mini-Train will cease operations and will not resume until the tracks are completely dry. The Carousel and the Concessions will continue to operate accordingly. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. 

In the case of snow or ice, the Mini-Train/Concessions and Carousel operations will close for the  remainder of the day. 

Storm/Tornado- 

In the event of a “watch”, operations are likely to continue, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

In the event of a “warning”, the Mini-Train and Carousel/Concessions will immediately close all operations for the remainder of the day. 

Thunder and Lightning-

In the event of thunder and/or lightning, operations of the Mini-Train and Carousel will cease for 30  minutes. This time limit restart every time lightning is seen or thunder is heard. Opening/Closing will be determined on a case-by-case  basis.  

Temperatures

If the wind-chill temperature is less than 40 degrees at opening hour, operations will delay until the  wind-chill  temperature reaches a minimum of 40 degrees. If a late start cannot be made by 3 hours after opening hour, we will not open for the day. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis

* Amenities Supervisor will determine status 1 hour before opening.  If inclement weather is predicted to last for more than 3 hours of the      operational day, starting at opening, all operations will close for the day.

* If inclement weather at opening is predicted to last less than 3 hours, the Amenities  Supervisor will administer a  delayed start.

*If inclement weather arrives after the facility has already opened and is predicted to last more than 3 hours of the operational day, all operations will    close for the day.

In the event of unforeseen closure, notice will be posted via Social Media.
