Overview
Make memories with a ride on our unique, vintage carousel, located west of the Blaisdell Family Aquatic Center. The grand old carousel was built in 1908 and houses a Wurlitzer style band organ. Bring your lunch and enjoy listening to the music or enjoy the VonRohr Victorian Garden adjacent to the carousel.
COVID-19 precautions: Seating on the carousel will be limited during Phase 2 and Phase 3 of "A Guide to Re-opening Shawnee County, Kansas" from the Shawnee County COVID-19 Response Team. Families will be seated together but rows of seats will be skipped to achieve social distancing. Staff will clean and disinfect the carousel between each ride.
Punch passes are sold at the Mini-Train Depot or Carousel
