Facilities

Rice Park includes the Rice Community Center, which is home to It Takes A Village theater and arts program and the East Topeka Senior Center. In addition to the community center, the park includes a playground, a large covered picnic shelter, a disc golf course and a horseshoe pitch. The park also includes ample green space surrounded by mature trees.
